Vin is a long-time resident of the town of Wallingford and a highly experienced Associate Broker with Pearce Real Estate.  He is based in the company’s Wallingford office, where he has been a valuable member of the Pearce Real Estate Company since 2003. With a diverse skill set that encompasses various facets of residential real estate, Vin is known for his professionalism, sense of humor, and commitment to going above and beyond for his clients.

Specializing in assisting relocating buyers, seniors, and first-time home buyers, Vin's expertise is complemented by his wife, Deb, who shares his dedication to providing top-notch service. Together, they prioritize integrity and efficiency in every transaction, ensuring that their clients' needs are met with care and attention to detail.

Vin's track record of success is evident through his numerous awards and recognitions, including Quarterly Achievement Awards from the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS®, consistent Top 10 Producer year after year within Pearce, and being a 12-year winner of the CT Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards. His genuine enjoyment of working with people and his background as a project manager contribute to his ability to deliver consistent results.

Vin and Deb are active members of their community, participating in charitable initiatives such as Pearce Real Estate’s Annual Day of Caring, donating to the company’s Thanksgiving baskets that are distributed to those who are in need throughout local communities, contributing to the company’s winter coat and food drives, and supporting organizations like United Way and American Red Cross. They have been members of the Wallingford Country Club since 1993, where he served on the Board of Directors for 16 years and as President from 2014-2016. Vin and Deb also enjoy working with young adults teaching confirmation classes at St. Thomas Becket Church in Cheshire.  They also enjoy spending time dining with friends and playing golf, reflecting their commitment to work-life balance.

He holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Vin's previous career was Director of Project Management for SNET/SBC, being responsible for sales support within Connecticut's business market.
